This is an agreement (“Agreement”) among [YOUR NAME] (“Extern”), an individual, and Polymath Labs Inc. DBA Paragon One, a Delaware corporation (“Paragon One”) with its principal offices at 1412 Broadway, Suite 21A22, New York, NY 10018. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Extern agrees to participate in an educational externship in which Extern will learn about and participate in educational work experiences hosted by a company (each, a “Host Company”) on Paragon One’s remote externship platform and gain valuable insight, educational credit, skill-based credentials, and/or experience on the work that Host Company provides (“Externship”).
