This Settlement Agreement is entered into between plaintiff Madisyn Stauffer, (“Plaintiff”), on behalf of herself and all members of the Settlement Class, as defined herein, and defendant Sky Zone Franchise Group, LLC (“Sky Zone”). Each party to this Agreement shall be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
