Letter of Agreement –Transitional Agreement - <Year>Transitional Agreement • September 1st, 2020
This letter confirms the agreement with CAUL that it will manage all orders for <Publisher Name> Transformative Agreements and subscriptions to the <Package Name> on behalf of Australian and New Zealand higher education institutions and other members of the CAUL Consortium as applicable. The parties have agreed the prices that will be offered to each member institution of the consortium for <year> and CAUL is responsible for disseminating the pricing information through ConsortiaManager and informing <Publisher Name> of the order so that it may issue invoices. A summary of the agreement is in Appendix 1. Regarding licensing terms (Appendix 2), CAUL will make available the sample license document for each member to download, customise the turquoise highlighted sections for their institution and return to <Publisher Name> for countersigning.
