This Loan Transaction Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between FinWise Bank (“we,” “us,” “our” or “Lender”) and the business identified in the application associated with this Agreement (“Borrower”, “you” or “your”) under a separately executed Loan Program Agreement. The principal shareholder, partner, member, or other representative of Borrower who submitted the application on behalf of Borrower (“Responsible Party”) agrees personally to guarantee Borrower’s performance of all aspects of this Agreement, including without limitation the repayment of all amounts owed by
