This Data Processing Addendum (this "DPA") is effective as of the date of the Order executed by and between TurnTo Networks, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A. ("TurnTo"), and you ("Customer"), pursuant to the Agreement (as defined below). TurnTo and Customer are sometimes referred to herein individually as a "party" or together as the "parties". CUSTOMER’S EXECUTION OF AN ORDER WILL EVIDENCE THAT CUSTOMER HAS READ AND AGREED TO THE TERMS OF THIS DPA.
