This Master Subscription Agreement (the “MSA”) governs the use of RippleMatch’s candidate matching services and associated products and services (collectively, the "Service") as set forth in an applicable Order Form executed between RippleMatch Inc., a Delaware corporation (“RippleMatch”) and the entity placing an order for software and services (“Client”). By executing an Order Form that incorporates this MSA by reference, Client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in the MSA.
