THIS AGREEMENT , effective as of October 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between the, DOWNTOWN ORLANDO, INC., d/b/a DOWNTOWN ORLANDO PARTNERSHIP (“DOP”), a Florida not-for-profit corporation and the CITY OF ORLANDO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (“CRA”), an entity created pursuant to Part III of Chapter 163, Florida Statutes.
