This igogo.es Operating Agreement for Affiliate Program, including all exhibits and attachments, contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to a party's participation as an affiliate in the Affiliate Network of igogo.es (the "Program"). As used in this Agreement, "we", "us" means igogo.es, and "you" means the applicant party. "Site" means a World Wide Web site and, depending on the context, refers either to the igogo.es Site or to the portion of the igogo.es Site that you will link to using Qualifying Links (as defined in Section 2).
