This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Jail Services (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County (“Fort Bend”), a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, acting by and through its Commissioners Court, and Harris County (“Harris”), a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, acting by and through its Commissioners Court, hereinafter referred to collectively as “Parties.”
