Wayne, IN 46804 (Verizon and Talk Unlimited may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).

Waverly Place, Tampa, Florida 33629 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts, f/k/a New England Telephone and Telegraph Company, d/b/a Bell Atlantic - Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and Talk Unlimited may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
