This Electricity Sales Agreement (“ESA”), upon execution, is a legally binding contract between First Point Power, LLC (“FPP,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us”), a competitive electric power supplier (“CEPS”) licensed by the NH PUC, and Customer (“Customer,” “You,” and “Your”) (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”), shall incorporate the above electricity account(s) and Attachment A – Accounts (if applicable), and shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions between First Point Power, LLC and Customer (collectively the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms have the meanings set out in the Terms and Conditions unless the context clearly requires otherwise. The Agreement is not valid until fully executed by both Parties. The purpose of this Agreement is to authorize a change in Customer’s CEPS.
