(“DIMA”), the sub-advisory agreement (the “Sub-Advisory Agreement”) between DIMA and RREEF America L.L.C. (“RREEF”), an affiliate of DIMA, and the sub-sub-advisory agreements (the “Sub-Sub-Advisory Agreements,” and together with the Agreement and the Sub-Advisory Agreement, the “Agreements”) between RREEF and each of DWS Alternatives Global Limited and DWS Investments Australia Limited (collectively, the “Sub-Sub-Advisers”), both affiliates of DIMA.
