THIS BROADCAST RIGHTS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 2nd day of January, 2023 but effective as of February 11, 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between The International Gay Rodeo Association (IGRA), a 501c(3) non-profit international sports organization located at P.O. Box 460504 Aurora, CO. 80046_(“IGRA”), and SVTV Network, Inc, doing business as SVTV Network Sports, a Georgia company located at 800 Battery Ave SE, Suite 100, Atlanta, GA 30339 (“SVTVNS”).
