This Fortress Building Products Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) is given to the original purchaser (“Purchaser” or “You”) of Fortress Building Products, LLC (“Fortress Building Products”) Fortress Apex (“Product”). For purposes of this Limited Warranty, a “Residential Application” means the installation of the Product on a single-family residence, and a “Commercial Application” means any installation of the Product other than on a single-family residence.

For purposes of this Limited Warranty, a “Residential Application” means the installation of the Product on a single-family residence, and a “Commercial Application” means any installation of the Product other than on a single-family residence.
