The American Federation of Government Employees, AFL-CIO, National Veterans Affairs Council (“Union”) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (“Agency”) (collectively, “the Parties”) hereby agree to settle certain disputes arising out of the Union’s National Grievance dated December 9, 2020 (“NG-12/9/20”) and National Grievance dated September 10, 2021 (“NG-9/10/21”) (collectively, “Grievances”), alleging the Agency incorrectly designated as FLSA-exempt Clinical Perfusionists, Acupuncturists, Nuclear Medicine Technologists (“NMTs”), Registered Respiratory Therapists (“RRTs”), and Program Specialists.
