This constitutes a legal agreement between you, a participating Partner (as defined below), and VenderUSA, LLC (as applicable, “Company”), which offers a digital subscription service via www.immigrateusa.com (the “platform”). This digital platform offers online live and recorded educational sessions related to the US immigration system, US visa laws and regulations and other related topics as i) a BASIC (free) subscription service, and a PREMIUM (paid) annual subscription service. The Premium subscriber will be able to access a roster of Partners and select one to consult with. The Partner who joins has agreed to a scheduled online consultation or meeting (live) for approximately 30 minutes with a Premium Subscriber. The Partner desires to enter into this Agreement for the purpose of posting his/her profile on the site and agreeing to schedule his/her availability (via a calendar) to consult with interested Premium Subscribers.
