The Landlord desires to appoint the Managing Agent (i) as exclusive lease manager to provide lease management services (the “Lease Management Services”) in respect of the Unit(s) and, (ii) as non- exclusive leasing agent to provide brokerage services in respect of each and every Unit which becomes available for rental upon the expiry or termination of the first Tenancy Agreement in respect of that Unit (the “Brokerage Services”), and the Managing Agent is willing to provide such Property Management and Brokerage Services on the terms and conditions set out hereunder (the "Appointment");
