This lease agreement (herein "Lease") is made and entered into , 2024, by and between the Town of Los Gatos, a California municipal corporation (herein "Town") and Friends of the Los Gatos Public Library, a California nonprofit corporation (herein "Lessee"). Town and Lessee may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties” or the “Parties to this Lease." The Town Manager serves as Contract Administrator for this Lease on behalf of the Town Council.
