This Enhanced Manufacturer's Warranty ("Enhanced Warranty") for Aegex Technologies, LLC (as well as any subsidiaries, and affiliates thereof, collectively, "Aegex") covers mobile devices sold to you (customer) who have purchased the aegex10™ device(s) included in the sales package ("Product"). This Enhanced Warranty does not affect your legal (statutory) rights under your applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products.
