This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date as indicated below, by and between Courion Corporation, a Delaware corporation, having principal offices at 1900 West Park Drive, 1st Floor Westborough, MA 01581-3919 United States (“Courion”) and the company identified below or as identified on a Quotation, (“Customer”). Hereinafter, Courion and Customer may be collectively be referred to as “Parties” and/or individually as “Party”.
