THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and among the CITY OF MIDDLETON (“the City”), a municipal corporation, the TOWN OF MIDDLETON, (“the Town”), a body corporate and politic, the TOWN OF WESTPORT (“the TownWestport”), a body corporate and politic, and the TOWN OF SPRINGFIELD, (“the TownSpringfield”), a body corporate and politic, collectively referred to as the four participating entities (“the eEntities”).
