In doing so the paper will first briefly look at the political background in which the Ceasefire Agreement was mooted and subsequently signed. It will then analyze the key Articles of the Agreement before making a critique of the implementation of the Agreement. The final section of the paper will be a brief conclusion that draws on the key findings of the earlier sections.
