The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Spindletop MHMR Services dba Spindletop Center (“Grantee”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” to that certain Mental Health First Aid (“MHFA”) Grant contract effective September 1, 2018 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000182900001 (the “Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
