THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 3rd day of May, 2021 by and between the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation (hereinafter "Owner") and Perkins & Will, Inc., a Foreign Corporation registered to do business in the State of Colorado, (hereinafter "Consultant") for Consultant to render certain professional planning, design, engineering and related services for Owner in connection with Project 20- 031, Design Services for Pueblo Aquatic Center Master Plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Project"). The Project is further defined in Schedule 1. In consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:
