THIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of , 2018, by and between the Seabrook Economic Development Corporation, situated in Harris County, Texas (“EDC”), and Linda S. Ruthstrom, an individual doing business as “Clay Cat Studio”, at 1501 Main Street, Seabrook, Texas 77586 (sometimes referred to herein as “Owner” or “Developer”), in relation to construction improvements for a retail shop. EDC and Owner are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
