referred to as the “Licensor.” This will confirm that the Licensor has granted Licensee the right to use photos, videos, audio clips, etc., (the “Material”) solely in connection with Licensee’s Video Challenge entitled "See a Bloom, Give It Room - Harmful Algal Bloom Video Challenge" and the production, distribution, promotion, broadcast at public meetings/conferences and online posting thereof. EPA will not offer, distribute or make available any of the Material provided by the Licensor or portions of the completed EPA public service announcement containing the Material in any form, except through the EPA website and social media channels.
