Reference is hereby made to the Indenture, dated as of August 1, 2018 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time, the “Indenture”) among the Issuers, Citibank, N.A., as Operating Bank (the “Operating Bank”) and as Trustee (the “Trustee”), Canyon Financial Services Limited, as Managing Agent (the “Managing Agent”) and Citibank, N.A., as Liquidity Facility Provider (the “Liquidity Facility Provider”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Indenture.
