This Massachusetts Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between the school district, Winchendon Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as “LEA”) and ParentSquare, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) on August 24, 2020. The Parties agree to the terms as stated herein.
