Accelerated Publication guarantees online publication within 6 weeks of first draft submission (subject to acceptance following peer review and article revisions). This service commits to a peer-review turnaround of 2 working weeks from receipt of signed Accelerated Publication agreement. A further 2 working weeks is allowed for subsequent author revisions. Online (ahead-of-print) publication will take place within 1–2 working weeks from receipt of the revised manuscript, subject to turnaround of proofs by the author within 3 working days. Print publication takes place in the next available journal issue.
