We, Associated Students of California State University Los Angeles, Inc., signatory to the California State University Risk Management Authority “CSURMA” Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement, have agreed by action of our Board of Directors on November 1, 2018, to participate in the CSURMA Auxiliary Organizations Risk Management Alliance “AORMA” Benefits Program, hereinafter referred to as “AORMA Benefits Program”. As evidenced by the authorized signatures on Page Three of this document, we agree to become a participant in the AORMA Benefits Program and be referred to as a “Program Participant.”

Cal State LA signatory to the California State University Risk Management Authority “CSURMA” Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement, have agreed by action of our Board of Directors on Thursday, October 18, 2018, to participate in the CSURMA Auxiliary Organizations Risk Management Alliance “AORMA” Benefits Program, hereinafter referred to as “AORMA Benefits Program”. As evidenced by the authorized signatures on Page Three of this document, we agree to become a participant in the AORMA Benefits Program and be referred to as a “Program Participant.”
