ALC PTY LTD CERTIFIED AGREEMENT 2007 – 2010Certified Agreement • March 26th, 2009
TC1 Pty Ltd had a contract with Airport Link Company Pty Ltd to operate the four Airport Link Railway Stations. The Stations commenced commercial operation in May 2000. In November 2000 a Receiver and Manager was appointed to Airport Link Company Pty Limited. ALC was then sold in March 2007 to Capital Partners investment management firm and Westpac Essential Services Trust, which have Westpac Funds Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Westpac Banking Corporation. From time to time it may be necessary, as a result of specific requirements of the Board of Directors, for the organisational and operational arrangements to be modified. This may include manning and shift arrangements as well as other matters. It is acknowledged that these potential changes will be recognised as an essential component for the maintenance of a viable business. Any changes will be carried out in accordance with the consultative processes outlined in this agreement.
