A photography contract is a written agreement describing services performed by a photographer hired by an individual or business. The cost of hiring a photographer varies greatly depending on where they live, how much experience they have and what kind of work they are required to do. There is a photography contract in place that allows both parties to negotiate the terms of the agreement, including the type of service, the duration of the agreement and the amount of compensation.
