Terms: Pets may only be dropped off or picked up during THE PET BARRACKS normal business hours. By signing this Agreement, you are agreeing to pay THE PET BARRACKS for all services rendered, including veterinary fees or other charges your pet may incur while at THE PET BARRACKS. The pet will not be returned to their owner until all charges are paid in full. THE PET BARRACKS operates a clean and safe environment for pets. However, as pet owners know, accidents happen. THE PET BARRACKS will use its best efforts to maintain its facilities in a safe and sanitary manner. By signing this Agreement, I represent that I am the legal owner of my pet or agent for owner, and that my dog has current vaccinations including but not limited to vaccinations against distemper, parvo, lepto, Bordetella, and rabies. I understand and acknowledge that my pet will be kept in the company of other pets during its stay here at THE PET BARRACKS. I give THE PET BARRACKS permission to take pictures of my pet for u
