This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Teleconex, Inc. (“Teleconex”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, with offices at 4100 Barrancas Ave., Pensacola, FL 32507, and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Rhode Island (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110. (Teleconex and Verizon may be referred to hereinafter, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
