THIS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) of Western Wealth Capital LXII US INVESTOR, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), is made and entered into effective as April 7, 2021 by and between WWC LXII US GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the general partner (the “General Partner”), and each Person executing this Agreement as a limited partner or who from time to time is admitted in accordance with this Agreement (each, a “Limited Partner” and, collectively, the “Limited Partners”). The General Partner and the Limited Partners are also herein referred to, collectively, as the “Partners” and each, individually, as “Partner.”
