Software AG (Reg No. HRB 1562) of Uhlandstraße 12, D-64297 DARMSTADT (“Software AG”) is the holder of distribution and/or exploitation rights relating to the cloud services set out in this Order Form (together hereinafter referred to as "the Cloud Services") which it has agreed to make available to your institution (“Customer”) for research and education purposes only. The use by the Customer of the Cloud Services is governed by the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement referred to below together with any associated amendments thereto (collectively herein referred to as the “ Agreement”).Capitalized terms used in this Order Form but not otherwise defined herein will have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.
