This Agreement is entered into between (“LICENSEE”; an individual or entity) and the High Performance Computing Modernization Program (“LICENSOR”), a United States Federal Government Laboratory of the Department of Defense, having a place of business located at 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180-6199. LICENSOR and LICENSEE may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
