THE purpose of this Bill is to make provision for the Government to become a member of the International Monetary Fund, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the International Finance Corporation, in accordance with the Articles of Agreement of those institutions set out in the First, Second, and Third Schedules to the Bill, and the terms and conditions set out in the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Schedules.
