This proposed boundary line agreement (“BLA”) involves the common boundary between sovereign tidelands along Santa Monica State Beach located waterward of the 1921 Mean High Tide Line and a privately-owned upland parcel situated at 506 Palisades Beach Road (“Ornstein parcel”). The Encroachment Area identified on Exhibit 1 to the Encroachment Permit depicts (for reference purposes only) the extent of the existing encroachments on state-owned lands.
