This MERCHANT APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Home Trust Company (“Home Trust”), and the Merchant identified in this Agreement. Under the terms of this Agreement, Home Trust and Payment Services Interactive Gateway Inc. (“PSiGate”) will be the providers to Merchant of the services necessary to authorize, process and settle all the Merchant’s credit card and Interac/Debit transactions as requested by Merchant in the Application below and as set forth in the Agreement. Home Trust and PSiGate are wholly owned subsidiaries of Home Capital Group Inc. First Data Loan Company, Canada is a party to this Agreement for MasterCard acceptance, and Home Trust is a party to this Agreement for Visa acceptance.
