This End User License Agreement, (the Agreement), is between either an individual or an entity, the End User, and Teledyne Signal Processing Devices Sweden AB (SP Devices). The Agreement authorizes End User to use the Software, defined in Clause 1 below, together with products provided by SP Devices. Such products are regulated by separate General Terms and Conditions.
