The attached draft of the Assistance Agreement for the Community Development Financial Institutions Program (CDFI Program) and Native American CDFI Assistance Program (NACA Program) is provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be relied upon or used for any other purpose. The draft Assistance Agreement provides boilerplate provisions of the terms and conditions of the Assistance Agreement that may be entered into between the CDFI Fund and a Recipient under the CDFI Program or NACA Program.
