This Software Services Agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of the date of full execution hereof (the“Effective Date”), is by and between Labster (as defined below), on behalf of itself and its Affiliates, and Hindustan University, a private deemed to be University, with a principal business office located at Rajiv Gandhi Salai (OMR), Padur, Kelambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 603103 (“Customer”), on behalf of itself and its Affiliates. Labster and Customer may be referred to herein collectively as the“Parties”, or individually as a“Party”.
