This Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the City of Saginaw, Texas (“City”) and CTI Foods, L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company (“Company”). City and Company are sometimes hereafter referred to individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
