This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into by the Board of Education of Community High School District 128 (Board) and the Libertyville High School / Vernon Hills High School Federation of Teachers, Local 504, IFT-AFT/AFL-CIO (Union). These provisions are subject to the Master Agreement put in effect on the date of this MOA, including but not limited to the grievance procedure.
