($1,000,000) (the “Block 49 Agency Payment”) for use on development of the Alice Griffith Replacement Projects (as defined in the CP/HPS2 DDA) or affordable housing within Phase 1. Developer also agreed to pay a subsidy to the affordable housing developer selected by Developer, AMCAL Pacific Pointe Fund, L.P., a California limited partnership (“AMCAL”), as and when needed to fill any gap financing necessary in order to build the 50% AMI Units on Block 49 (as defined in the Sixth Amendment, the “Block 49 Subsidy”).
