This Agreement made and entered into by and between the Municipality of Oskaloosa , Mahaska County, Iowa, hereinafter referred to as the Municipality, and the Iowa Department of Transportation, Ames, Iowa, hereinafter referred to as the Department. AGREEMENT: In accord with Provisions of Chapter 28E, Sections 306.3, 306.4, 313.3-5, 313.21-.23, 313.27, 313.36, 314.5, 321.348 and384.76 of the Code of Iowa and the Iowa Administrative Rules 761 – Chapter 150 (IAC) the Municipality and Department enter into the following agreement regarding maintenance, repair and minor reconstruction of the primary roads within the boundaries of the Municipality.
