We, VOVAN & ASSOCIES, are the legal counsel of Dr. Roland Amoussou, aka “Dr. Salsa” (hereinafter referred as “our Client”). We are mandated by our Client to formally require Lange Communication to comply with the following request. In case of failure to comply, we intend to pursue any remedy or legal action before the competent Court of Justice and to file a lawsuit against Lange Communications for breaching the “Latin Event Consulting Agreement” and for infringement of Trademarks.
