(“Cloudera”), exclusively authorized to sell Cloudera Products and Hortonworks Products to U.S. federal, state and local government agencies, educational institutions, government contractors or other organizations when they are purchasing Cloudera Products and Hortonworks Products under a government contract (each, a “Government Entity,” and collectively, the “Government Entities”).
