THIS IS A CLAIMS MADE AND REPORTED COVERAGE PART. Coverage is limited to only those CLAIMS that are first made against YOU and reported to US during the POLICY PERIOD or Extended Reporting Period, if applicable, as a re- sult of any WRONGFUL ACT which occurred prior to the end of the POLICY PERIOD. However, if the renewal policy is written by US, YOU will have sixty (60) days after the expiration date of this policy to report any CLAIM first made in this POLICY PERIOD.
